What is a parent's joint guarantee?
It's a commitment by the guarantor to pay the rent if the student can't. Since the loi ALUR, it must specify an amount or a duration if limited, otherwise it can cover the entire lease term, including renewals.
Is there an alternative to a guarantor parent?
