Ce que vous vivez peut-être en ce moment
French tenancy law differs from what your clients know
A clause that's ordinary in their home country may be illegal in France, and vice versa — without a clear reference point, your clients can't tell on their own.
You're not a lawyer, and that's not your role
Your value is relocation support, not legal expertise on leases — a quick check tool means you don't have to make that call yourself.
A lease dispute often lands back on you
When a client runs into a lease problem after your support, it's your relationship that suffers — even when the cause is a clause they never identified.

Questions fréquentes
Is the service available in English or other languages?
Not yet: the analysis and results are currently French-only. It's on our roadmap.
Does the tool compare French law to the client's home country's law?
No, bail.immo only analyzes the lease against French law. We don't compare against foreign rules we can't guarantee are current.
Do your clients need an account to check a lease?
No, the free analysis requires no sign-up — a link is enough.
Is a guarantor always required for a client with no history in France?
It's common, but alternatives exist, including Visale, a free guarantee offered by Action Logement for eligible profiles.
